DESIGN
Our construction staff enjoys working with the owners, architects, and engineers of commercial projects to create and build a functional working environment. McLeRoy Inc. encourages involvement from architects and engineers in the formative stages of a project. This assures each client that their expectations are fully understood.
PLAN
Throughout the construction process, McLeRoy's expertise in site evaluation, budget analysis, and value engineering is a client's most valuable asset. After the best building site has been determined, McLeRoy's team of in-house estimators will estimate the project. If a project falls out of budgetary guidelines set by a client, McLeRoy's expert staff will value engineer the project giving options to get the project back into budget without sacrificing quality. After the estimating and value engineering are complete, McLeRoy Inc. issues a fixed price contract. The fixed price contract allows a client to know exactly what their new project will cost before its construction, eliminating surprises for the client.
BUILD
With the client's expectations met in the planning stages, McLeRoy Inc. will begin construction of the project with their in-house grading and finish crews. Directly employing each of these crews allows McLeRoy Inc. to maintain unmatched quality control. The managers of each of these crews have developed and understand the high level of craftsmanship that is the hallmark of each McLeRoy project.
Throughout the project from planning to completion, McLeRoy Inc. maintains a high standard of finish and full attention to detail. Commercial projects are turned over to clients completely finished, clean, and available for use. McLeRoy’s full warranty program addresses warranty concerns for one full year after completion of the building.
