Like our flagship custom home division, McLeRoy Inc. encourages their involvement in the formative stages of a project. By doing this, each developer can be assured that their expectation's can be completely understood. Quite simply, this allows for the assembly of an effective team to accomplish the client's goals.
Once the team has been created, McLeRoy's expertise in site evaluation, budget analysis, and value engineering become a developer's most valuable asset. After the best building site has been determined, McLeRoy's team of in-house estimators will estimate the project. However, if the project were to fall out of budgetary guidelines set by the client, McLeRoy's expert staff can value engineer the project and give options to get the project back into budget without sacrificing quality. Upon completion of estimation and value engineering, McLeRoy Inc. will produce a fixed price contract for the developer.
After the developer's expectations for their project have been met in the planning stages, McLeRoy Inc. will begin work on the home with their in-house grading and finish crews. By directly employing each of these crews McLeRoy Inc. is able to maintain unmatched quality control, as the managers of each of these crews have developed and understand the level of craftsmanship required in each McLeRoy project.
Throughout the project and to the end, McLeRoy Inc. maintains the highest standard of finish and full attention to detail. Multi-family projects are turned over to clients on-time, clean, and immediately ready to sale or use. McLeRoy's full warranty program addresses warranty concerns for one full year after completion of the building.
