However, if the home were to fall out of the budgetary guidelines set by a client, McLeRoy’s expert staff can value engineer the home and give options to get the home back into budget without sacrificing quality.
After the client's expectations for their new home have been met in the planning stages, McLeRoy Inc. will begin construction of the home with their in-house grading and finish crews. Directly employing each of these crews allows McLeRoy Inc. to maintain unmatched quality control.
